Wonderful experience while giving the Branton Memorial Lecture at Washington & Jefferson College, on "Survival of the Fittest: The Afterlives of Beowulf and the Wife of Bath." Smart students, great questions, and hospitable colleagues. A great excursion all around. And, of course, we discussed Patience Agbabi's 2014 Telling Tales.
