Upon re-watching: "He who passes the sentence should swing the sword," is one of the most widely known phrases from the first episode in Game of Thrones. The Warden of the North knew something about leadership. Then again, he didn't survive very long based on such a principled approach. How will our senior administrators fare once some of us start working in the front lines of classrooms? Will they be with us, or will they observe from afar, leading from behind?
