Happy to represent the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, which includes our three ROTC units. Like every year, the Army ROTC Stinger Battalion ceremony was special, with family members and friends sharing in the joy of commissioning 16 new second lieutenants.
And they know how to cut the cake, with a saber....
